Histology allows us to see differences or changes in cells or tissues of the body using a microscope. It is an important field for better understanding microscopic anatomy and disease.

A basic yet broad and holistic understanding of histology is an important part of medical literacy to promote health outcomes. Knowledge about histology helps people to understand what may be happening with their bodies or those around them. Incorporate pain-free histology in your medical literacy curriculum!
